As a lab tech of 40 years, it is a joy working with Dr. McDonald to help build confidence and self-esteem in our patients. I enjoy working everyday with our team to achieve our goal of providing wonderful smiles. You will receive the highest quality orthodontic treatment and be cared for with the highest level of respect and professionalism in our office.

I have two wonderful adult sons, five grandchildren, an English Bull dog: Daphnie and a Himalayan cat: Pansey. I love spending time out doors, camping and gardening. I also love vintage cars, antiques from the forties and fifties and playing golf.

Bridgette

I am a chairside assistant and help Dr. McDonald with all aspects of patient care. I love getting to know all our patients, whether it is prom news from the girls or sports events from the boys. Our patients have fun in our office because we're always celebrating something, giving away something, or having some prizes for contests.

My husband's name is Geoff and we have a daughter, Ella, a son, Holden, and a Golden retriever named Charlie. I love spending time outdoors camping and having barbeques with my family and friends.

Debbie

As our office's records tech, I take all the X-rays, impressions, and measurements for each new patient that comes into our office. I like to make all our patients feel as comfortable as possible when they're here and I especially love working with kids. Dr. McDonald is excellent at what he does and all our patients leave the office with great smiles!

My husband, Merl, and I have two grown children, Hollie and Travis, and three grandchildren who I absolutely love spending time with. I also enjoy camping and sewing.

JP

I assist with our patients during their appointments and make sure they're as comfortable as possible. I love watching our patients and their teeth change through the course of orthodontic treatment. Their smiles improve, but more importantly, so does their confidence. Our patients are interesting people to get to know and many of them have exciting hobbies and activities. I really enjoy getting to know them! Dr. McDonald is great to work with, and he has a wonderful ability to tell a really bad joke really well!

I am married with two wonderful boys and two dogs, a Boxer and a Chihuahua. I enjoy cooking or hiking in my free time, and I spend a lot of time watching soccer.

When I am assisting Dr. McDonald chairside, I like my patients to feel that they are being taken care of, comfortable, and feel good when they leave. I consider many of our patients to be my friends, and I treat them the way I would like to be treated. Seeing their smiling faces when they have completed treatment is the number one reason why I love working here. I like working for a doctor that is truly passionate about the work he does for his patients and a team who is friendly, fun, and knowledgeable.

I have two dogs, Bailey and Bessie, and a cat named Paisley. I spend my free time attending church, spending time with my family, camping, fishing, and hunting. I love the summer and I often go swimming and hiking.

Melissa

As a chairside assistant, I help to make our patients' appointments fit conveniently into their lives. Our patients are the greatest and I love hearing about their lives outside the office. The best part about working for Dr. McDonald is the friendly patients and staff. Everyone is warm and welcoming and I learn something new everyday.

I have a wonderful little girl named Kaley and we enjoy going for bike rides, camping, and playing outside. I also volunteer for Relay for Life and have been a team captain for many years.

Tiffani

As scheduling coordinator, I get to take care of our patient's by making their appointments and answering any questions they may have. I love seeing patients' smiles transform during treatment. If they didn't like to smile before treatment, they love to afterwards! I really enjoy working with Dr. McDonald because he is a big kid at heart. Our practice is great, you are always going to be welcomed with a smiling face and a fun contest to enter.

When I have free time I enjoy skiing in the winter and doing almost anything outdoors in the summer.

Anne

As our patient relations coordinator, I am the concierge in our practice. I maintain communications between our patients, parents, and Dr. McDonald every step of the way throughout treatment. I am also the liaison between our practice and our patients' general dentists with informative, up-to-date progress reporting on treatment. I love to watch shy, reluctant smiles turn into outgoing, eager smiles. They always brighten my day!

My husband's name is Tim and we have six daughters, three grandchildren, and two dogs. When I'm not spending time with my family I love being outside hiking, golfing, and gardening.

Dawn

As a treatment coordinator, I help all our new patients get started with their treatment. My favorite thing about working here is interacting with the kids and making them happy and comfortable. I want them to think this is a fun place to be while getting a beautiful smile. Dr. McDonald is an easy person to learn from and he is always teaching us the newest and best ways of patient care. Our staff enjoys our jobs; we like ice cream in the summer and making snowmen in the winter!

I have two daughters, Desi and Dani, and I enjoy cooking, shopping, decorating, and entertaining friends. I grew up in Africa and even had pet monkeys!

Shana

I take care of all the financial aspects of our patients' treatment. It is my goal to help people get the most out of their flexible spending plans and insurance so they can get a great smile and stay within their budget. I want each patient to feel welcome and well taken care of. Dr. McDonald believes in providing the best care for our patients and encourages all of us to continue our education so we can be the best at what we do.

I have a daughter named Jaz, a son named Jayden, and a dog named Yogi Bear. In my free time I enjoy skating, dancing, traveling, camping, and watching my kids' ball games. I also love 80's music and go to rock concerts every chance I get!

Kellie

As a chairside assistant, I help Dr. McDonald during patient procedures. It is great to interact with patients and see their progress when they go through treatment. Their smiles end up so beautiful and bright! I enjoy getting to know each patient. It's like working with your friends all day, every day! We all have a high standard for patient care and want every patient's experience to be great!

I have a wonderful daughter named Kaylee. I love spending my free time reading Jodi Picoult novels, camping, and hunting.
